Unified Messaging
Our unified Instant Messaging client allows you to use any IM channel your users want, whether they be AIM, Yahoo IM, or other systems. All messages are centralized with one client, and easily managed by the end user. The routing of all messages through our system allows monitoring and archiving of conversations from any office, even from laptops on the road.
Administration
The Administration console allows the administrator to retrieve and review chat sessions, file transfer requests, or presentations. An intuitive, password-protected, browser interface is available for authorize administrators to access the system any time.
Security
Some solutions leave you vulnerable to spam, viruses, and spyware over IM channels. We provide protection from all these at the centralized head end, leaving you one less thing to worry about when it comes to messaging.
